Director's Statement
Moonamghattam is filmed in England and Wales completed with low budget, limited resources and minimal crew. The film genre is drama and mystery and suspense and the subject has multiple layers and it shall be taken as semi neo-noir category. This film may give an unpleasant experience in multiple scenes for some viewers as the central characters are not meeting morality and ethics standards. The film is not justifying any of amoral behaviours but unfortunately these things are happening naturally in our society.
